Hi Everyone,

One thing I have to admit to you is that  I am a total snacker.  Honestly I could skip a mean meal and just snack all day.  Well today I made a snack that is made with whole grain goodness, contains healthy fat, good for you carbs and a tad pinch of honey to sweetened it up.  It’s my apple, goat cheese crispbread snacks with honey.  Oh my gosh so good and so filling.

I made these little snacks with Wasa Crispbread in Sourdough that was smothered with goat cheese, topped with an apple and slightly drizzled with honey.  It’s sweet, creamy, crispy and the perfect afternoon snack.  Plus it’s low-calorie. Not to mention it filled me up till dinner.  You should so try it when you get an afternoon craving.  This has been my new go to snack.  I bet pear would be amazing too!  I got the idea for this snack from a salad that I had pear and goat cheese.  Yum!

Have you ever tried Wasa Crispbread?  You should give them a try.  This is the first time I have tried them and I simply love them.  Wasa Crispbread is health food that doesn’t taste like health food.  You can’t beat that.  It’s baked with wholegrain and packed with fiber and protein.  I checked out the nutritional stats and the ingredients are all natural.  I took a picture for you, so you can see for yourself.

Wasa Crispbread has a variety of different crispbread options, providing families with an easy, all natural, healthy option, all of which are produced with Non-GMO ingredients. Products with the Non-GMO Project Verification include the Light Rye.

And Flax Seed to name a few.

You can eat Wasa Crispbread with fruit, cheese, dips, spreads, by its self or crushed on salad and soups to name a few.  My personal favorite is sour dough and then light rye.

Wasa Crispbread has a little video that I think you will love.  WASA presents “Appetite for Life” Staying Fit the Swedish Way, a comedic light-hearted video. The video follows an adventurous American woman traveling through Sweden who immerses herself in the Swedish culture while learning about Wasa Crispbreads.  You will love the guys in this video too!  It’s funny!
