One of my favorite things this time of year is cookies. They are so plentiful from friends and co-workers, I just love nibbling on them. It’s funny, that this time of year people seem to bake more and once January hits, it’s all about healthy eating. What I don’t get is why do we only bake cookies during the holiday time?
