Today I am sharing with you a recipe from the past, it one of my favorite salads ever, it’s my Grilled Vegetable Tri-Tip Salad. It is light, easy to make and so full of smokey, grilled flavor. I got this idea from Black Angus restaurant, but to my surprise their salad was horrible. Maybe it was because the meat was not cooked properly and they seemed to have forgotten the grilled vegetables. I had a horrible experience at that restaurant, so I never got my salad, at least the way it should have been made. So later that week, I made the salad my way and it well exceeded my expectations. It’s made with corn, zucchini, onions, bell pepper and of course grilled tri-tip steak. It is just delicious. I haven’t had it in a couple of months, but now I think this will be made later this week. Yum! You can get the recipe here.
I do not have any new products that I have tried this week. I have been staying out of the grocery stores, trying to use up what I have. I keep going out and buying more and more and I thought, I should really trying cleaning up the pantry, after all I don’t want my food to expire. It’s kind of challenging coming up with things to make, but I love the challenge and it can be fun. Do you do that?
Have a great day!
