I love how many recipes you have on there that don’t involve the oven. We very rarely turn it on during the summer since it gets so hot. Either we do our baking early in the morning or, if it happens to get cool enough, in the evening after the sun goes down. And I’ll be making your blueberry loaf this weekend as well. I love how it’s only 4 points plus and you get 8 good size pieces for such a low point count. It’ll make a great snack or dessert!
