Today I am sharing with you a recipe that I made last year. It was so tasty that I am looking forward to making it again. It’s my healthy version of a Choco Taco. Remember them? They are like a Nutty Buddy but in a taco shaped waffle cone. Well I took a real taco shell, filled it with greek yogurt and topped it with chocolate and nuts. Popped it in the freezer and it was done. Amazing, healthy and guilt free! You can find the recipe here!
This one of those recipe that I need to retake the photos. Not the best pictures, but it’s still good to eat! So if you’re a fan of Taco Choco’s you should give my healthy version a try! If you’re not into yogurt, try it with vanilla ice cream. Oh and not only do they taste, mmmm, mmmm good, they are fun to make. Perfect to make with kids! Here is the recipe again!
