Hi Everyone,
You know those week nights when you come from work and the last thing you want to do is cook dinner? Or worse yet, have no idea what to make so all you do is stare at your refrigerator or pantry wishing something would jump out at you? Well, today I have for a quick, easy, comforting, filling dinner that is a breeze to whip together, only contains a few ingredients that will sure to please the family! This is my Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta.
Oh my gosh, this dish is amazing! It’s truly a wonderful comforting weeknight meal. You have pasta topped with a thick, cheesy sauce with little hints of garlic, basil and lots of Parmesan cheese flavor. I am totally on a cheese kick! I also topped my dish with a little bit of fresh basil to make it pretty and well of course I added chili flakes to my plate! You know me and my peppers! I made this dish because it’s one of my Husbands favorite meals, and when he came home from work and I told him what I was making; I have to say he was quite shocked.
I made this quick weeknight meal using Progresso Creamy Parmesan Basil Recipe Starters. Have you tried Progresso Recipe Starters? They come in 5 different flavors; Creamy Portabella Mushroom, Creamy Roasted Garlic, Creamy Three Cheese, Fire Roasted Tomato and of course Creamy Parmesan Basil. I can’t wait to try the other flavors. Oh and they are low in calories too! The Creamy Parmesan Basil was only 45 calories per serving and each package contains 4 servings.
Progresso Recipe Starters are easy to use, just add a few ingredients and get cooking to create delicious meals that are perfect for every night of the week. Of these easy-to-follow recipes, most require five or fewer ingredients, many of which moms may already have on-hand, and more than half can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. I love how quick you can make a meal and the best part is that you can let your imagination run away with you! Be creative and have fun!! But if you’re not sure what to make, Progresso has a ton of recipes on their website like Pulled Chicken Sandwiches, Mini Meatloafs, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Southwestern Chicken Skillet and more. Oh and you don’t have to use the Progresso Recipe Starters in just a skillet, you use them in the crockpot, bake or broil.
