Merry Christmas to you!!! I absolutely love your blog and although I’ve only been following it for the past year, you’ve given me plenty of delicious recipes. If I had to pick a favorite of all your recipes, then hands-down and absolutely no contest, would be your three cheese chicken fettuccini. I absolutely LOVE pasta and this dish has it all. There’s no compromise to flavor and, in fact, I actually think it’s BETTER than going out. I’ve made this repeatedly and the fact that I can still eat it while on Weight Watchers makes me extremely happy. Thank you for all your fantastic recipes and I can’t wait to try whatever else you create.
