A refreshing, healthy tropical smoothie made with orange juice, pineapple, raspberries, banana and coconut milk.
Serves: 4 Cups
Ingredients
11/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, from carton
½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
½ banana frozen
3 ice cubes (if not using frozen raspberries)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen pineapple
pinch of stevia (optional)
Instructions
In a blender add coconut milk, raspberries and banana, if using fresh raspberries add 3 ice cubes, blend until smooth. Evenly pour into two glasses.
Rinse out your blender and add orange juice and pineapple. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour on top of raspberry mixture. Top with a straw and umbrella.
Note: if you find the smoothie not sweet enough, add a pinch of stevia.
