Spicy Stirfry

Serves: 3 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup (25 grams) onion, sliced
  • ⅓ cup (60 grams) celery, sliced diagonal
  • ½ cup (65 grams) sweet bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 2 Tbsp, jalapeno sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut up
  • ½ cup pineapple, sliced
  • 1 cup (100 grams)snow peas,
  • 2 cups bok choy,sliced
  • **Sauce**
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp.brown sugar
  • 2 drops chili oil
  • ¼ tsp. pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp. djon mustard
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl whisk together all your ingredients for the sauce, set a side
  2. In a skillet heat sesame oil with garlic, cook for about 30 seconds, add onions. Cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Add celery and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and jalapeno and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli, pineapple, snow peas and cook for about 2 minutes more.
  6. Add bok choy and sauce. Cook until bok choy has wilted and all the ingredients are covered with the sauce.
  7. Serve over rice.
