Serves: 6 Pancakes
  • ⅓ Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 egg Whites
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp Milk, if needed
  1. Mix greek yogurt, egg whites & vanilla extract into a small bowl
  2. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, & salt
  3. Combine and whisk till evenly mixed (If batter seems to thick add 1 tablespoon of milk)
  4. Heat the skillet on medium heat, once it's hot place ¼-cup batter onto non-stick skillet and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake and then flip.
  5. About 1-2 minutes on each side
  6. Add sprinkles to make it pretty!
To keep pancakes warm, heat oven to 200 degrees and place pancakes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
