Pico de Gallo

Serves: 4 cups
- 3 large tomatoes (3 cups), seeded, diced small
- ½ cup onion, diced small
- 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped small
- 1 jalapeno, seeded, diced small
- 1 lime juice, juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper is desired.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serving Size: 4 cups - 8½ cup servings
Feel free to add cilantro to the recipe.
