A simple, cheesy corn dish that is a breeze to make and a perfect side dish for your holiday party.

  • 16 oz bag frozen corn
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. non-fat milk
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray; add corn and scatter goat cheese in the corn.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter; and melt for about 20 seconds. Add the milk, mix well. Pour butter mixture over corn. Sprinkle corn with cheddar cheese; mix well.
  4. Cover baking dish and bake for about 35 - 37 minutes or until corn is cooked and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm
