Farmers Garden Orzo Pasta Salad #FarmtoJar

A tangy, rich, orzo pasta salad that is chock filled with Dill Chips, creamed together with mayonnaise, mustard and chives.
Serves: 5½ cups (10 servings)
Ingredients
  • 8 cups water
  • 1⅓ cup orzo pasta
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 26 oz. jar of Farmer's Garden Dill Chips, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • ¼ cup chives, diced small
  • ½ tsp. ground pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add salt and pasta, stir and bring to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. Drain well and pour into a large bowl.
  2. While pasta is cooling, cut the Dill Chips into bite size pieces. Stir into pasta, until combined. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, chives and pepper, until well incorporated. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Please note, that the Valasic Dill Chips says 0 calories per serving, however there are some calories to a whole jar, but not very much. I did not include them in the calorie calculation.
