A light, healthy, refreshing smoothie made with bananas, mint and spinach! A perfect wake me up and go breakfast!
Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup non-fat milk or milk of choice
  • ⅛ -1/4 tsp. mint extract
  • ¼ tsp. stevia
  • 1 cup spinach
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Note: Start with an ⅛ teaspoon of mint extract and add a pinch more if needed.
