Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip

A healthy, creamy, guilt-free dip made with roasted red peppers and seasoning.
Serves: A little over 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, plain 0% fat
  • ½ cup roasted red pepper from jar, drained (reserve the juice), patted dry, diced small
  • 1 tsp roasted red pepper juice from the jar
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 1 dash salt
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This is so the flavors come together.
Notes
Note: If you buy the roasted red peppers, get the one that is packed in water, not oil.
