A lightened up Rice Krispie treat made with chocolate and graham crackers.
Serves: 24 bars
  • 2 tbsp light maragrine
  • 10.5 oz pkg. mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed (2 servings)
  • Cooking spray
  1. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Heat a large saucepan on low heat. Melt butter spread. Add marshmallows and melt on low flame. Stir until completely melted, then remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, and graham cracker; stir until completely combined (you will need muscles here). Press into the pan using wax paper or of you don't mind, spray your hands with cooking spray and press into pan.
  3. Let it cool completely about 30 minutes, cut and serve!
