A thick, creamy, healthy smoothie that tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-fat milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain 0% fat
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • ¼ tsp stevia (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
