Today for Yum, Yum Wednesday I am bringing back a classic recipe that I made over 2 years ago! It’s one of my all time favorite go to breakfasts and I must admit one of my most popular recipe on my blog. This is my PB & P Breakfast Jar Parfait! This parfait is made with nothing but good things, like greek yogurt, fresh fruit, peanut butter, oatmeal and granola! It is the perfect energizing breakfast that will keep you filled for hours! I also love that it’s in a mason jar for easy grab and go! It’s been so long since I had one of these breakfast parfaits, think I’ll make one for breakfast tomorrow! Oh and you know what? An almost empty peanut butter jar works great for this recipe. Then you get a little bit more peanut butter! And in my mind you can never have enough peanut butter!
