Hi Everyone,
I tell you just about everything and I have another secret to share with you. You only know about my secret indulgences and yes I have another one to share with you. I kind of have always had a thing for Fruity Pebbles Cereal. Shhhhhhh, don’t tell! As a kid I loved having Cocoa Pebbles for breakfast, but as an adult I fell more and more in love with Fruity Pebbles. I always keep a secret stash hidden away in my pantry. I kid you not about that! Come on over and look! I love the taste, the smell and the pure sweet crunchiness of them. I add them to my yogurt and in my ice cream. So good! I hate when I go to a yogurt shop and they don’t have Fruity Pebble cereal for my toppings. It makes me sad. But there is no sadness around here today because I made the ultimate Fruity Pebbles Parfait!
I made this parfait on Saturday morning and Little Jenny happen to be walking to my kitchen and guess what she had in her hand? A box of Fruity Pebbles. She told me it was in her secret stash in her bedroom. I guess I am not the only one who loves Fruity Pebbles. So I showed her my parfait and I said do you want one? Her eyes lite up and she said yes! She said this is so good and would be a great breakfast for kids! I asked her does it taste like Fruity Pebbles? She said yup!!
Want to hear another story? My co-worker is from India and I happened to be talking about Fruity Pebbles and he said he never had them or ever heard of them. I was like what? How is that possible? I’m sorry everyone knows what Fruity Pebbles are! So the next day I brought him a little baggie full so he could try them. He was afraid at first, then he loved them. He said he was going to take them home to his daughter to try. He never did because he ate them all! Can you believe he never heard of Fruity Pebbles, that still boggles my mind!
I made my parfait using 4 kinds of Greek Yogurt, lemon, lime, orange and strawberry. I layered them up to make them pretty and then topped them with the pure crunchiness that I love, Fruity Pebbles. This is one fun, tasty parfait and healthy for you too! Makes for a great breakfast or snack!! Plus it’s gluten-free! Did you know Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles are gluten-free? They are!
- 5.3 oz. strawberry greek yogurt
- 5.3 oz. orange cream greek yogurt
- 5.3 oz. lemon meringue greek yogurt
- 5.3 oz key lime pie greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Post Fruity Pebbles Cereal
- In 2 bowls; evenly divide the yogurt between each bowl by layering them. Start with strawberry, orange, lemon and lime. Top each parfait with about 2 tablespoons of fruit pebbles. Add more Fruit Pebbles if desired.
This was just a fun recipe to make. I love to change-up my yogurt parfaits! This one was a real treat!! If you’re a Post Fruity Pebbles fan, I highly recommend it! You can check out other Post Fruit Pebble recipes here.
Have a fantastic Fruity Day.
Toodles,
Jennifer
I was given boxes of Post Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles in return to make a recipe using them. However, all opions are my own and I truly do love Fruity Pebbles Cereal! 🙂

Cocoa Pebbles were my favorites as kid! But, there was always a box of the Fruity as well in the pantry and sometimes I would go that route instead and then think to myself that I may love them more. Totally different pebble experiences, both are terrific in their own way. I may need to bring the pebbles back into my life. I used to love the coca pebbles mixed with milk so that the milk ended up all chocolately.
