Yum Yum Wednesday – Red Velvet Pancakes

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my first edition of Yum Yum Wednesday!  I told you Guys back in December that I was going to take a day off from blogging and that didn’t happen through January, so now I am going to start a flashback post on Wednesdays.  This is kind of my way of taking a little break.  I can reminisce about old recipes that I love and get to bring them back to life.  So today I am sharing with you last years Valentines Day breakfast, which is a delicious Red Velvet Pancakes that is sure to please on V-day morning.

Comment:  I’ll have to show this recipe to my husband! He’s the pizza maker in our house, and this is truly an original recipe. I’ve never seen anything like it! Looks so tasty, and what a cool use of the apple butter!

  2. I love that idea! These pancakes look soo good, and the perfect breakfast for Valentine’s Day morning :-)

  3. Red velvet anything = delicious. I hadn’t even considered pancakes, what a fun idea! And the cream cheese drizzle is EXACTLY what these pancakes need – standard syrup need not apply! :)

  4. While this would be perfect for Valentine’s Day, my husband and I had red velvet cake at our wedding. I think I’ll save this recipe and make it the morning of our next anniversary!
